By accessing and using the Hat Creek Training website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Products and Services
Online Store All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Training Courses Training course availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. Course enrollment is subject to our registration and cancellation policies.
Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment is required at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- Free returns on all orders
- Free shipping on orders above $200
Returns and Refunds
- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Training course deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of course start date
Training Liability and Waiver
Assumption of Risk Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury or death. By enrolling in any training course, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Waiver Requirement All training participants must sign a liability waiver and release form before participating in any training activity.
Safety Rules All participants must follow range safety rules and instructor directives at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
Fitness Requirements Some courses involve physical activity in rugged terrain. Participants should be in adequate physical condition for the course they are enrolling in.
Firearms Compliance
Federal and State Laws All firearms-related products and services comply with applicable federal and state laws. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations.
FFL Requirements Certain products may require transfer through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Additional fees may apply.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
